Here’s a scorcher from The Daylighters!  I can’t help but picturing them coming out to play this without thinkng of the final scene in Back to the Future…”I guess you’re not ready for this yet; but trust me - your kids are gonna love it!” to a slack-jawed audience.  It was 1964 in Chicago though, so it probably didn’t actually go down like that, but whatever, I can’t speak about guitar sounds and whatnot like the other Brobots so I have to make movie analogies.  You want to fight about it?

The 45 for this is ridiculously expensive if you can find it ($100 or so) and I can’t find the compilation it’s on for some reason.  The comp was put out by Candy Records and looks like “Whip It On ‘Em” and “Shakin’ Fit!”:
